I have been recognized throughout my career for successfully leveraging stories to do everything from reorganizing a Fortune 500 company to implementing a major new HR process at a Federal agency to selling in product to well-known retailers.
What does this look like?
Depending on the need, this can be as simple (but exciting!) as brainstorming and formalizing a story for a new product, sales pitch, social media pursuit, leadership keynote, etc.
It can also take a more holistic approach linked to a larger strategic effort to define your purpose, core values, mission, and vision and connect them to your founding story.
